About PhoneWeb
PhoneWeb records, screen by screen, how to open a website safely on a phone. Its SNOW guide covers the web-app setup that replaces a store app, how to spot fake apps, and account limits. This page explains the test setup and its gaps, how steps get corrected, and why the site earns nothing.
How the notes began
PhoneWeb started as a first-hand visit to SNOW at phone screen size. The visit was made for a blog post about using SNOW on a phone. The test setup below is exactly what was used on that visit. Anything not yet seen on a real handset is listed under Known gaps.
Test setup
- Screen: snsn1.com/ko opened at a 390×844 phone viewport (3x scale) on 2 Nov 2026 KST. We checked the lobby, menu, login sheet and bottom tabs.
- Web-app settings: manifest.webmanifest and the apple-touch-icon tag read directly to record the name, start URL, display mode and icon sizes
- Phone features: menu names from the official help pages for Apple Screen Time, Chrome web apps and Android Digital Wellbeing
Known gaps
Behaviour on individual real devices has not been logged yet. Menu labels and icon behaviour for ‘Add to Home Screen’ can vary by iOS, Android and browser version. Real payout times were not verified. Nor were the bonus terms, marked ‘coming soon’ on the check date. The guide says so wherever this applies.
Why there are no download links
On the check date SNOW had no app in either store. PhoneWeb therefore links to no APK or iPhone configuration profile. It treats any message telling you to install one as a red flag. Because of Japanese law, the Japanese edition gives no access or sign-up steps. It covers only fake apps, VPNs, account lending and usage limits.
Corrections
If a menu label changes or a step does not match reality, the step is rewritten. A note records the device and version where it differed, and the date is logged below.
- 2026-11-02, first publication: web-app setup, home-screen steps, fake-app checks, account limits
Advertising and affiliations
PhoneWeb has no deal with SNOW, any app developer or any VPN provider. It takes no advertising or referral money. That is also why it recommends no VPN product.
Images
The glass panes and acrylic blocks in the key visual were rendered by an image generator, with the SNOW logo added on top. Phone screenshots are real snsn1.com screens; the step diagrams and share cards are drawn by hand.
Privacy
There is no login, form, cookie, analytics or ad tag on PhoneWeb. Vercel, which delivers the pages, processes access logs with IP addresses and browser details for security and operations.
Getting help
A phone puts a casino one tap away at any hour. If stopping is hard, Gambling Therapy works in a phone browser; in Korea, call 1336.
